The Blind Scream haunted houses open at 7:00pm. Be sure to check our calendar for the nights that we're open, as well as closing times.

The time to get through the haunted house varies. It is recommended that you come early in the evening, as lines tend to be longer the later it gets.

Our goal is to scare you! This is not a haunt for the faint of heart. You will be scared. Often parents think that because a child has seen scary movies that they will be able to handle a live haunt. Our experience is that this is not the case. Actors give the same level of scare to all ages. Staff will have the right to remove a child at any time we feel that they are being traumatized. We do not give refunds if the child is asked to be removed, or can not make it all the way through.

No, it is unsafe for our actors, your child, and yourself.

We do not have a refund policy. You have paid us to scare you. If you are so scared that you have to leave a haunt early and not go on then we have done our job.

Yes. That will make sure you identify and corral the troublemakers in your group.

Yes, but no masks. Wear something you feel is comfortable. We suggest only flats on the feet. No high heels.

We have worked hard to accommodate everyone, there might be some tricky areas to get around, but if you need any assistance, please ask any staff person, and we will be glad to help you.

We will close the ticket window at 10:30pm and 9:30pm on Sunday, October 22. If we sell you a ticket on-site you will be able to go through the haunt that night provided you get in line.

The haunt will stay open until the line has been exhausted. It is possible on some nights that the line will be cut-off earlier than other nights. If you have purchased a ticket online, you can use it any day, if you show up after the line has been cut-off you will be turned away.

You will be turned away and asked to return on another night. Your online ticket is good any day.

Refer to the purchase tickets page for details. You will be allowed to print a duplicate.

We take credit cards for online ticket sales. At the door we take cash and have an ATM machine available that takes all credit and debit cards.
